Martin Lorch

President

Co-founder of BPI Capital Management, Mr. Lorch is a licensed real estate broker and co-manager or general partner in numerous real estate syndications. His area of expertise is in finance and accounting.

Prior to relocating to Arizona in 1979, Mr. Lorch was employed by The Beaumont Company, the largest and oldest apartment management company in Los Angeles. While there, he developed and directed the company's computer operations.

Born in Casablanca, Morocco, Mr. Lorch completed his secondary education in Tangier, Morocco, Helsinki, Finland and Beverly Hills, California. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1977 with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.

Erik Lorch-Beaumont

Vice-President

Co-founder of BPI Capital Management, Mr. Beaumont is a licensed real estate broker. In addition to his expertise in enhancing property values through property conversion and rehabilitation, Mr. Beaumont specializes in management and product marketing.

In 1978, Mr. Beaumont moved to Arizona where he developed a portfolio of investment and management properties. He and Martin Lorch founded Beaumont Properties Inc. (which later became BPI Capital Management, Inc.) in 1979.

Mr. Beaumont began his career in real estate and property management with The Beaumont Company in Los Angeles while attending the University of Southern California. He served as Vice President of this highly regarded apartment management firm.

In 1993, he graduated from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, Arizona, Having completed the first Executive Masters degree program offered by the school. Born in Casablanca, Morocco, Mr. Beaumont completed his secondary education in Lille, France.

Jan B. Kieser

Operations Manager

Jan Kieser joined BPI Capital Management in 1999, bringing to the company over 20 years of experience in business management, sales and marketing.

His primary responsibilities at BPI include marketing, management, training and support of the on-site managers to ensure they operate their stores in the most efficient and productive manner possible.

His background includes advertising sales, real estate sales, business development and marketing in the financial services industry, and ownership and management of small businesses in Colorado and Arizona. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Journalism.
